Decoration and sculptures

Each creation presented under the Creations page is a unique and signed work, delivered with its authenticity certificate.

​

A certificate of authenticity is provided with each creation presented under the Creation page.

Order

We are at your disposal for any question you may have regarding the creations, orders and any custom-made work you would like that we realize for you:

For custom-made work, we will prepare and provide you with a cost estimate according to your request.

 

To purchase a creation presented on this website, upon receipt of your request specifying the name of the work, we will send you an order form allowing to collect the information needed for the delivery and invoicing. Upon receipt of the completed, dated and signed order form along with the full payment of the price (as described below in the section "Payment"), we will prepare the creation for shipping in best conditions and within a short delay (according to the "Delivery" conditions hereafter).

Each creation is sold according to the details provided on each creation description presented on this website, it does not include any accessory. The installation of the creation is not included. We recommend to call on a professional to instal certain creations (i.e. hanging a mirror, a sculpture...) for safety reasons and to avoid any damage.

Payment

Payment terms and conditions

​​

You can pay by credit card, check, PayPal or bank transfer. The shipping is scheduled upon receipt of the total price of the creation and shipping costs.

​

When you contact us to order, we provide you with the shipping costs depending on the exact delivery location. The total payment due (price of the creation and shipping costs) will appear on the order form. The following payment methods are applicable:

• Check: it should be enclosed to the completed order form you will return to us. The work will be send as soon as the check has been cashed.

• PayPal or credit card : upon receipt of the signed order form, we will send you an email including a link to the secured PayPal website for the payment. By clicking on the link, you will be redirected on the secured PayPal page showing the total amount to be settled and our contact details. You can pay by connection to your PayPal account or with your credit card. The online payments through your PayPal account or with your credit card on the PayPal website are secured. The work will be sent upon receipt of the payment.

• Bank transfer: upon receipt of the signed order form specifying that you would like to pay through bank transfer, we will provide you with our bank references.  The work will be sent upon receipt of the payment.

Invoicing

​

The invoice (showing pre-tax price and price after VAT) related to your purchase will be enclosed with the delivery.

Delivery process

​

Upon receipt of the signed order form and payment, we will prepare the creation for shipment in the best conditions with a carrier able to transport work of art. We will send you an email providing the carrier name, tracing number and estimated delivery date. You will be able to track the delivery status.

​

Delivery schedule

​

Shipment is prepared as soon as we receive the signed order form with the payment. The estimated delivery date will be provided by the carrier upon pick up. The usual delivery schedule is between 2 to 7 working days for Metropolitan French. We recommend that you contact us for delivery schedule abroad.

​

Delivery costs

​

Delivery costs are at customer's charge and are calculated as per a delivery grid depending on the size, weight, and country of destination (subject to customs duties if applicable). Delivery costs will be provided when you contact us (we will need the exact delivery address).

​

Customs duties

​

Depending on the delivery country, various tax regulations and other costs may be applicable. You may be liable to customs duties costs upon receipt of a creation. The exact cost depends on the country of delivery and we cannot estimate it. The customer is responsible for the payment of customs duties and related formalities and other related costs. We kindly ask you to contact your local customs office for more information.

Should you reside in an European Member State, no custom duty will be due.

Delivery conditions

​

The customer can send a claim related to a creation by sending us an email (br@bricerivierecreation.com), immediately upon receipt of the creation, for the following reasons:

- the item is not conform with the item ordered,

- the item has been damaged,

- the item has not been received after the shipping and indicated delivery period.

As soon as we receive a claim, we do our best to find shortly an amicable agreement of the issue.

Depending on the situation we can send again the item or proceed with a refund.

In such case, should the customer has to send back a creation, the purchase price, packing costs, delivery costs and return costs, if applicable will be reimbursed.

Returns

​

Is it possible to send back a creation if I no longer want it?

​

Customers from European Union that purchase a creation benefit from a 14 days cooling-off period/cancellation right, without having to provide a justification nor to pay any penalty. 

For a custom made creation prepared as per customer's wishes or personalized, the cancellation right is not applicable.

The cancellation right is not applicable to customers outside European Union. ​

Return costs

​

In case of application of the cancellation right, the purchase price, packing costs, delivery costs will be reimbursed. The return costs will be at customer's charge.​

​

Return process

​

The customer can request the application of his cancellation right within a 14 days period after the receipt, by sending us an email (br@bricerivierecreation.com).

​​

Refund process

​

In case of application of the cancellation right, the purchase price, packing costs, delivery costs will be reimbursed.

The creation should be returned to us in perfect conditions, in its original packing and sent back in similar conditions than the shipping conditions. The return costs will be entirely at customer's charge.

​

​

The above terms and conditions are also stated on the reverse side of the order form and are subject to the customer's approval for any order.
